Rule Zero: Playing Phoelarches

Phoelarch first appeared as monsters in the Monster Manual 2, and I loved the concept of them so much that I thought, "Hey, why can't I play one of those?"

So for all of those people out there that are like me - here is a set of bloodline feats that allow you to fulfill your part-Phoenix fantasies.

Born with the soul of an elemental, Phoelarches are treated as outsiders from normal society at best, and as monster at worse. The trading of souls between a Phoelarch and its Phoera soul-mate is a connection that transcends planar boundaries. This connection gives the Phoelarch an insatiable wanderlust, and an unnaturally long life lived in a precarious sort of harmony, making most Phoelarches ideal adventurers.
